Interior architect Yrjö Kukkapuro’s and graphic artist Irmeli Kukkapuro’s studio and home, built in Kauniainen in 1968, will be opened to the public for the first time. The opportunity to visit the studio is exceptional since the artist couple still works there.
The series of events, produced by the Hapnik-collective, is in three parts, consisting of a studio exhibition, guided group tours of the studio and Futura happenings.
Studio exhibition is open:
1–31 August wed-fri 11–17, sat-sun 11–15.
1–30 September thu-fri 11–17, sat 11–15, sun closed

Guided tours to the studio can be arranged on request in August and September. Maximum group size is 30 people.
There is no parking spaces located near the studio, so groups must arrive by public transport or private coach. The walk from the railway station in Kauniainen along the Gallträsk lakeside is 1,5 kilometers.
The tour costs 100 euros. For students and pensioners 65e.
